El Camino Rises to #4 On Latest CCCBCA Home Run 30 Rankings
Six weeks into the the CCCBCA Home Run 30 Rankings (Feb. 23-Mar. 1), we learned that you can't win them all. State #1 Fresno City College had its 16-game win streak snapped in the finale of a 3-game series v. Sequoias and that eliminated the last of the undefeated in 2026.
The Rams (16-1) still won the series over the Giants, 2-games-to-1, and top the state rankings for the second straight week.
Santa Ana holds on to #2 and tops from the South Region, Ohlone at #3, then El Camino springs up five slots to #4, Palomar remains #5, San Joaquin Delta climbs to #6 as does Santa Rosa JC to #7, Cypress slips a bit to #8, Skyline jumps into the top 10 at #9, and Modesto holds on at #10. Antelope Valley also standing tall at #11.
Riverside City leaps to #12, Citrus bolts up six to #14, and Feather River continues its ascent, flying up eight spots to #18. Glendale had the biggest fall from out of the top 10 to #21.
The entire 8-team, Orange Empire Conference occupies positions in the top 25.
The Coast South pair of Monterey Peninsula (#23) and Hartnell (#24) enter the Home Run 30 while Los Medanos and Cabrillo fall out.
