Final NorCal Player/Pitcher Of The Week #14 Go To Fresno's Davis, Yuba's Molloy
Fresno City power hitter Drake Davis and Yuba righty Jackson Molloy are CCCBCA NorCal Player and Pitcher of the Week #14 (April 20-26). This is the final individual top performer awards for 2026.
Davis, a 6-foot freshman first baseman from Clovis High, blasted three home runs in just nine at bats in two games for the Rams during the final regular season week of the season. He batted .444, scoring five runs, drawing three walks and knocking in six RBI. His FCC slash line is .387/.438/.667 with nine HR and 48 RBI.
The 6-1 Molloy, from Oak Ridge High in El Dorado Hills, was absolutely dominant in his start this week. He tossed a complete-game, 3-hit shutout, did not allow a single walk, and struck out 10 in securing a 49ers 5-0 victory over Contra Costa. He faced just two batters above the minimum.
